How can I contact Body Healing Zone? You can reach our customer service team by emailing us at info@bodyhealingzone.com. We are happy to assist you with any inquiries or issues you may have!

Do you ship worldwide? Yes, we offer worldwide shipping.

Where do you ship from? We ship from our warehouse in Hong Kong.

Can I change or cancel my order? We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order. Requests made after this period will be denied. However, once you receive your order, you can return it for a full refund.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.

When will my order be processed? All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse. Orders are processed between Monday and Friday and typically take 1-3 business days to process. Orders are then shipped the next business day after processing. Please allow extra time for processing during holidays and sale seasons. Note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order? Due to high demand, orders may take between 2-4 weeks to arrive.

What if I don't receive my order? If you do not receive your order within 30 days after it has shipped, you are eligible for a full refund.

Will I be charged with customs and taxes? The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars. You may be responsible for duties and taxes upon receiving your order, as determined by your local customs office. These charges are your responsibility and are not covered by us. For more details on customs charges, please contact your local customs office.

How do I return an item? To initiate a return, please contact us at info@bodyhealingzone.com.

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged? If you receive merchandise that is incorrect, missing, or defective, please contact us immediately. Include your order number, photographs of the item(s), and all related references. We will work to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

When will I receive my refund? All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. For questions regarding when the credit will be posted to your account, please contact your card-issuing bank. If you haven't received your refund yet, contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be posted.
